Day: 152

"Rain Delay"

Today was a “forced” day off due to, believe it or not, rain. It was raining when we got up at 8 p.m. here, which I didn’t expect. It was raining quite heavily, and we decided that we would take the day off. It is very foggy outside.

It was very nice lying in the sleeping bags, listening to the rain. It almost reminded me of home, and the fond times of listening to the rain, lying in tents in the Boundary Waters.

So we aren’t doing too much today, we are hoping things will cool down more so we can continue traveling.
